Services
All services are available through secure online therapy using PHIPA-compliant video platforms, including Zoom and Jane. Online sessions are offered to individuals and couples residing in Ontario who may be unable to attend in person or who simply prefer the convenience and accessibility of virtual counselling.
Individual Therapy
Individual therapy provides a confidential space to explore and work through challenges such as trauma and PTSD, anxiety, relationship difficulties, and chronic stress. We offer a collaborative, tailored approach that draws on evidence-based practices to support meaningful insight, emotional resilience, and personal growth. Whether you're facing a specific concern or seeking greater self-understanding, therapy can help you move forward with clarity and confidence.
Couples Therapy
Couples therapy is for partnered individuals - it offers a supportive space to address conflict, disconnection, communication difficulties, and other relationship challenges. Whether you're navigating the aftermath of an affair, struggling with intimacy, or seeking to strengthen your connection, therapy can help you and your partner develop healthier patterns and deepen mutual understanding. Sessions are tailored to each couple’s unique needs, with a focus on fostering trust, clarity, and lasting change.
Supervision & Consultation
Clinical supervision and consultation provide a reflective space for mental health professionals to enhance their clinical skills, deepen case understanding, and ensure ethical, effective practice. Grounded in evidence-based approaches and collaborative dialogue, sessions are tailored to the developmental needs and goals of each supervisee or consultee. Support is available for licensed clinicians, pre-licensed professionals, and those seeking guidance on complex cases or professional growth.
Assessment & Diagnosis
Diagnostic assessments are a comprehensive evaluation designed to understand your emotional, psychological, and behavioral functioning. It involves a clinical interview and may include questionnaires or other tools to help identify patterns, clarify concerns, and determine whether a mental health diagnosis is appropriate. This process supports treatment planning by providing a clearer picture of your strengths and challenges. Assessments can be helpful at the start of therapy or when seeking greater clarity about your mental health.
