Supervision & Consultation
We offer individual supervision and consultation for therapists and graduate students who want to deepen not just what they do in session, but who they are as clinicians.
Rooted in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and attachment science, this is a space for therapists who are drawn to depth work, emotional precision, and transformative relational change. Whether you are working toward licensure, transitioning into couples or relational therapy, or are an experienced clinician wanting to feel more grounded and effective in complex cases, supervision is thoughtfully tailored to your developmental stage, clinical setting, and therapeutic goals.
Our work together centers on helping you see and work with process in real time. This includes tracking emotional signals, deepening core affect, working with protective strategies, and staying anchored in an attachment-based roadmap even when sessions feel messy, intense, or uncertain. We focus on helping you move beyond conceptual understanding into embodied, moment-to-moment attunement and intervention.
In supervision, you can expect:
A highly collaborative, non-shaming learning environment
Deep case consultation grounded in EFT and attachment science
Support identifying and working through therapist blocks, reactivity, and stuck points
Integration of theory, process tracking, and experiential skill building
Attention to your therapist self, including emotional presence, use of self, and therapeutic courage
This is not checklist supervision or surface-level case discussion. It is engaged, experiential, and relationally focused work designed to help you develop confidence in high-stakes emotional moments with clients.
Many therapists seek supervision because they want to feel less alone when working with intense emotional material, high-conflict couples, or clients with complex trauma histories. If you want a supervision space where you can bring uncertainty, vulnerability, and curiosity while being challenged and supported to grow, you are likely in the right place.
Our goal is for you to leave supervision feeling clearer, steadier, and more able to create the kinds of emotionally corrective experiences that change lives.
